TORUS usually holds at least three, two-day international conferences
a year in different European capitals or economic centres. The agenda
of the meetings follows a proven formula of information, presentations,
social functions and discussions of general topics and internal
matters of the Association.
At each conference there is a membership meeting. The Annual
General Meeting takes place during the first membership meeting
of the calendar year when the election of the committee for the
coming year takes place.
Besides the educational nature of the meetings an equally important
attraction of the conference is the opportunity of members to
get to know each other, to see new places and meet new people
as well as renewing old acquaintances with old friends.
In addition to these conferences members are encouraged to hold local meetings on a regional basis at which members and their clients who live in the same area or region are able to meet, share their problems and exchange advice.
